The mission at Frontline Physical Therapy is to provide the best of its kind in skilled service, customer care and education to patients of all ages and physical abilities.

Neeka Minor, Physical Therapist, Owner

Neeka received a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Sciences from the University of Wyoming in 1997 and a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the Western University of Health Sciences in 2000. Neeka has treated patients of all ages and all physical abilities during her 20+ years of clinical practice in outpatient, inpatient, neuro rehab, and home health settings. During this time, she has received certifications as a strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA, Insanity and P90X instructor through BeachBody, trigger point dry needling, vestibular rehab, and countless hours of continuing education in all areas of orthopedic evaluation, assessment and treatment.

Neeka married her high school sweetheart and they have 3 children. Raising children and being a physical therapist has brought first hand experience in youth programs, youth injuries and return to sports ups and downs. Neeka is an avid long distance runner and is passionate about helping people reach their running goals, be it a neighborhood jog or an ultra marathon, through video analysis of running mechanics, education in injury and training as well as personalized planning to achieve goals.
