Vestibular Rehab

Vestibular rehabilitation, also known as vestibular rehabilitation therapy, is a specialized form of physical therapy used to treat vestibular disorders or symptoms, characterized by dizziness, vertigo, and trouble with balance, posture, and vision. Vestibular dysfunction can be a result of a car accident, concussion or head injury, sinus dysfunction, or can be insidious in onset.

Trigger Point Dry Needling

Trigger Point Dry Needling is the use of solid filament needles (think of an acupuncture needle) inserted through the skin and into the muscle to release painful myofascial trigger points. Dry needling results in the deepest tissue release allowing for improvements in movement and pain. Dry needling can be used in the treatment of chronic pain to acute sprains and strains, as well as an adjunct treatment for headaches, dizziness and even conditions such as plantar fasciitis.

Post Operative Rehab

Frontline Physical Therapy specializes in treatment of post surgical rehab including spinal surgeries, shoulder/rotator cuff, elbow, hand and wrist, hip, knee and ankle/foot procedures.

Video Analysis of Running

If your passion, past time or preferred mode of exercise is running but you are stuck stationary due to an injury or pain, let Neeka at Frontline PT analyze your running form and mechanics to ensure that you are running to your maximum potential.

Kinesiology Taping
